Tom Dwan is an American professional poker player who has a net worth of $10 million dollars. Born in Edison, New Jersey, in 1986, Tom Dwan started playing online parker with his 17th birthday money. Though he enrolled in Boston University, he never finished college as he left to earning a living at poker. He worked his way through websites, slowly earning more money, and claims that his bankroll fluctuates by the millions. By the end of 2009, it was reported that Dwan lost more than four million dollars that year, giving him an online Full Tilt earning of $1.4 million since 2007, but he was able to recoup his losses early the next year.
He became a Full Tilt brand ambassador for the company's website in 2009 and again in 2012. He plays for Full Tilt under the online name "durrrr". Dwan has had ten money finishes at the World Series of Poker and three final table appearances, though he has yet to receive a bracelet. He has appeared on four seasons of "Poker After Dark", three seasons of "Million Dollar Cash Game", two seasons of "High Stakes Poker" on Game Show Network, and on "National Heads-Up Poker Championship".
